aw aurora this makes my heart hurt for you! I'm sorry your twenties were so difficult and you feel you didn't get to do everything you wanted to--I can't imagine how hard that must be. But I do think surviving, with all you've been through, IS a tremendous accomplishment. If you think that's all you've done, that's still a lot, and I'm glad you did! I really hope the lithium helps bring you to a brighter place in the coming months! I always look forward to reading what you share, whenever you feel able to post :)

Lithium is one of the best meds I took. If I didnāt have kidney issues, Iād still be on it. I wish you all the best on it!
